ASPE will hold its in-person only Precision Optical Metrology Workshop this year at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa in the beautiful Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Jim H. Burge, President of Arizona Optical Metrology LLC, will give the keynote address on The Role of Precision Mechanics in Optical Metrology. Dr. Burge has spent much of his career developing precision optomechanics in fabrication, metrology and system design to enable some of the worlds most challenging optics projects. He will share the experiences and nuances of precision mechanics and how optical metrology is really a precision mechanics challenge.
